REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our return and refund process works.
Return Window
Standard Merchandise: 30 days from delivery date of last item
Custom/Personalized Items: Non-returnable (see Exceptions below)
Digital Products: Non-returnable once accessed/downloaded
Adult Products: Non-returnable (see below)
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
- Unopened, unused merchandise in original packaging
- Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours of delivery)
- Incorrect items shipped (our error)
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Original tags, packaging, and documentation included
- No signs of wear, washing, or use
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Digital products (ebooks, music downloads, exclusive content codes)
- Personalized/custom items (unless defective)
- Opened consumables (candles, soaps, teas, food items)
- Adult toys and intimate products (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Intimate apparel or hygiene products
- Sale/clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Adult Products - Special Policy
Non-Returnable for Hygiene & Safety:
- Due to the intimate nature of adult products, all sales are final

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of adult toys, intimate products, or novelty items for any reason except:
- Defective products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described
- Our shipping error: If we sent you the wrong item

Defective Adult Products:
- - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/description of defect
- - We will issue a refund or replacement (your choice) without requiring return of the item
- - For your safety and privacy, defective adult products do not need to be returned
Why This Policy?
- Health and safety regulations prohibit the resale of intimate products
- We cannot verify the condition or cleanliness of returned items
- This policy protects all customers and complies with industry standards -
Weapon & Replica Returns
Special Conditions: - Replica firearms and bladed weapons may be returned within 30 days if:
- Item is defective or not as described
- Packaging is unopened or item is in unused, resalable condition
- Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective or our error
- Restocking fee: 15% may apply to opened weapon/replica items
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This exceeds the 14-day minimum required by EU law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal: You may initiate a return directly from your order confirmation page or account, or contact us at sheolgotha@gmail.com with your order number and intent to withdraw.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital products once accessed or downloaded
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (including adult products and opened intimate apparel)
- Items that have been unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons
Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. This fee is disclosed in advance per this policy.
Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to opened weapons and replica items. This fee is disclosed in advance per this policy.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

- Subject: Return Request
- Order #[number]
- Include: Order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, photos (if damaged/defective)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days. Do not ship your return until you receive this number — unreturned shipments without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging (if possible)
- Include return authorization number (provided by us)
- Ship via trackable method—you are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or our error
- We recommend insuring high-value returns—we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items)
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and send replacement at no charge
- Adult products cannot be exchanged (see Adult Products policy above)
Damaged or Defective Items
Report Within 48 Hours:
- Email us with photos showing damage/defect
- We will provide prepaid return label or issue refund/replacement without requiring return (depending on item type and value)
Our Responsibility:
- We cover return shipping for defective/damaged items
- Full refund or replacement at your choice
- No restocking fees
Adult Products:
- Defective adult products receive refund/replacement without requiring return for your privacy and safety
Refund Timeline
Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return (or after defect is verified for no-return items) -
Bank/Credit Card Posting: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution -
Notification: You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed
Restocking Fees
- Standard merchandise: No restocking fee
- Opened weapons/replicas: 15% restocking fee
- Large/bulky items: May incur restocking fee (disclosed before return authorization)
- Adult products: Not applicable (non-returnable)
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
- We recommend insuring international returns
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs or customs duties paid
- Adult products cannot be returned internationally
