- "Myth & Ink", "Tangled Streets", "Tales of Sheol'gotha", "Silvercrest Champions' Guild", and related marks are trademarks of Myth & Ink

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Maximum Liability: 

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myth & Ink, Tangled Streets, C.A. Smith, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)

- Your misrepresentation of age or legal status for age-restricted products
- Any injury, harm, or damages caused by your use of weapons, replicas, or adult products

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account or use of the Site.

13.3 Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:

- We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days

Small Claims Court:
- Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court

13.4 Limitation Period

Any claim arising from these Terms must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.
