Processing Time:

Our processing times vary depending on the type of product you order: -

Print-on-Demand Items (Universe Specific Items): 3-5 business days 
- These items are produced on-demand by our printing partners and ship once manufacturing is complete.

Marketplace Items: 1-2 weeks
- These items are hand-curated and personally packaged by our team. Each box is assembled with care, including sourcing artisan goods and thrifted books specifically chosen for your character's story. This extra time ensures you receive a truly unique, thoughtfully crafted experience.

Pre-Order Items: Ships according to release date specified on product page *Processing time begins the business day after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.*

Adult products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents -

Shipping labels display only our business name ("Tangled Streets" or "Myth & Ink") - No product descriptions, images, or suggestive language appear on the outside of packages -

Packing slips inside packages are discreet and professional -

Credit card statements will show "Tangled Streets" or "Myth & Ink"

All products classified as weapons, replica weapons, or decorative bladed items require age verification at the time of purchase and delivery.

Delivery Verification: Adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery for certain items at carrier's discretion.

STATE-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS (United States)

Replica Firearms: CANNOT be shipped to:

New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Rhode Island (RI) - Reason: State laws prohibit or heavily restrict the sale, possession, or transport of replica firearms. 

Bladed Weapons: Shipped within the United States only (see International Restrictions below) -

Some states and municipalities have additional restrictions on blade length, type, or carry. **It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws.**

Adult Products: Adult toys and intimate products can be shipped to all 50 US states - Some local jurisdictions may have restrictions—buyer is responsible for compliance with local laws

Restricted States/Cities: We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses in jurisdictions where we cannot legally ship specific items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

⚠️ NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS for the following:

Replica Firearms: Cannot be shipped to ANY international destination - This includes Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and all other countries 

Bladed Weapons: Cannot be shipped to ANY international destination - This includes decorative swords, daggers, knives, and any item with a sharpened or functional blade

Adult Products: **Cannot be shipped internationally** due to varying customs regulations - Many countries prohibit or heavily restrict the import of adult toys and intimate products - Risk of confiscation, fines, or legal consequences

Why? - International customs regulations vary widely and often prohibit or heavily restrict the import of weapons, replicas, and adult products - We cannot guarantee legal compliance or successful delivery - Risk of confiscation, fines, or legal consequences for the buyer

Non-Restricted Items: Books, apparel, accessories, and non-restricted merchandise ship internationally without restriction ---

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class/Priority): 3-7 business days after processing -

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Express): 1-2 business days after processing -

International Shipping: 7-21 business days after processing (subject to customs delays) - *for eligible items only*

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination - Free shipping on orders over $75 (US only)

Tracking Information: All orders include tracking numbers sent via email once shipped - International orders may have limited tracking once they enter destination country

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

 International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country - Tangled Streets is not responsible for delays, confiscations, or additional costs incurred during customs clearance - Customs forms will accurately describe package contents and value (for eligible items)

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier. -

Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. -

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier errors, or customs processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Processing: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation.

• Print-on-demand orders: Must cancel within 24 hours
• Marketplace orders: May be canceled within 48 hours if assembly has not begun - 

After Processing/Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production or ship. See our Refund & Return Policy.
