Each set begins with premium, single-source, small-batch wood-fired maple syrup harvested in Vermont. Maple Craft Foods then transforms, flavors, and packages its syrups through a uniquely New England network: Vermont maple, Massachusetts agricultural production partnership, Connecticut headquarters and distribution, and Rhode Island logistical support.

Maple Craft Foods began in 2001, when the founders started harvesting maple sap from trees at their homes in Connecticut and Vermont so their children could build a healthier connection with nature. In 2014, they established Maple Craft Foods in Sandy Hook, Connecticut to help people build healthier connections with food, nature, community, and one another. Their products are handmade, eco-friendly, organic-minded, community-supporting, and made in the United States.
